When the quotes come back and any you got yourself come back we go through them with you and then help you choose the best one for your situation.

2. A plan design service were we put you together with one of our designers and design you a house plan based on your wishes and build budget. Once this is done to your satisfaction we go to the quoting tender service stage to help you get the best possible building price.

3. We sell house and land packages suitable for investors and home owners  see house and land packages
